Just finished our trip in Greece. We stayed in Kifissia, in this beautiful and lovely hotel. Everyone was always kind and helpful from the start to the finish. Both my husband and my kids loved it. Reception was always smiling and answering our questions without a doubt. Panagiotis and Marita, lovely people. Restaurant was magnificent and the food/drinks were lovely. We spend most of our time with Giannis and Konstantina on the afternoon. Both of them were always very kind and quick to our needs and orders, even though their plate was always full with people. They give the restaurant what it needs. We also spent a little time with another waiter, I believe his name was Stavros or something similar. He was the opposite of what the previous waiters were and that kind of ruined our experience in the restaurant. He was also rude sometimes both to us and his fellow coworkers. The housekeeping ladies were full of love and kindness and our rooms were always clean. Overall a great experience. 4.9/10.

This is a lovely hotel. The people are friendly and the service, especially in terms of helping with ideas related to sight seeing, was great. There is a bistro that has a good selection and the breakfast spread is good as well. The hotel is away from the city and north if Athens. May not be the best if you are visiting to see the Acropolis and other sites.

Extremely nice place. Very comfortable rooms with elegant interior. Personell is friendly and helpful. I got my room ready even I have arrived too early for check-in (before 1 pm) and could use it immediately. The location is out of the Athens city centre however the area has nice and cosy restaurants. It was good location for business conference.
