The staff and hospitality is what makes this hotel great. I emailed in advance to ask about vegan options for breakfast as we are staying for a while (10 nights) and they responded straight away that they will provide some vegan options. Upon check-in they immediately said they received my request and handed me a menu of the vegan options that would be available in the morning. In the morning, the breakfast staff knew exactly what I meant when I introduced myself/asked about the options and provided all the vegan items which were kept separate from the other buffet items. The next day there was a different breakfast waiter but he was briefed and recognised me straight away and got the items (vegan cheese, butter etc). This kind of communication and service is truly amazing. Cleanliness of the rooms is immaculate. Beds are comfortable. The location is indeed not amazing as the streets are a little dodgy. The area is underfunded and looks like it hasn't received any attention from the council. However it is still walking distance to the centre and just a 10-15 minute walk from Psyri - a nice area with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A few hooks on the wall for coats would be nice. Or a few more coat hangers in the wardrobe (we only have 4 but we are 2 people staying for a while!)

The location of this hotel 🛍️ is at the Omonoia district at the centre of Athens, which is close to local subway and other means of transportation. It combines old and new greek architecture. The staff was friendly and eager to help out. This hotel 🛍️ has also a Gym and Spa which operates from 08.00 am in the morning until 20.00 pm at the evening and it is a smart hotel 🛍️. The breakfast 🥞🍳🥓 is rich and amazing. An excellent hotel 🛍️ for foreigners and Greeks if they want spend some time in Athens.

Although the hotel is near everything in the central part of town, the street itself is a favorite part for homeless people. They are friendly and not bothering anyone, so don't let that stop you from staying here. Staff is friendly, beds and shower great. Go to the sauna! Have fun!
