All the reviews are correct! Dimitri is the best! He helped us every step of the way and planned a private island tour for our last day - stopping at the best restaurant on the island - Seaside. The hotel was clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. The location was 5 minutes to the town center, 10 to the buses, and 10 to the caldera view. Very very nice hotel for the price!

We highly recommend this hotel! It is luxurious, has all the amenities you could need, it has an in room safe, our room has a private hot tub, and the location is great, about a 5 min walk from the town center. But also we’d like to highlight the receptionist, Dimitri who was super accommodating and kind to us during our stay. He was very flexible and told us about all the places we should and shouldn’t visit on our trip. 10/10 service and we would definitely come back!

This review is long time coming. We went to Altemar suites mid June with our two kids. The room was big, clean and spacious. The room view was overseeing a blue dome into the Agean sea. Very picturesque. The beds were comfortable and rooms were dark enough even though there were no curtains. The hotel was a two minute walk to the main market area so it was good location as we didn’t have to walk crazy distances with the kids. Our hotel manager Dimitri was the best. He gave us a lot of info on what to do in our two nights we stayed there. He was super funny and made you feel very comfortable. Our kids loved him! He even helped us book a much recommended boat cruise which was child friendly. Always made sure we had what we needed. Would def recommend this hotel to anyone.
